Construction Resource Technology is now available in the Great Plains States of the Midwest. After covering Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Wisconsin for the last six years, we have taken that big step across the Rocky Mountains into the Colorado Front Range. We have found that so many of our subscribers also have an office in Colorado, that it seemed a natural expansion choice for us.
Large General Contractors, Road Contractors and National Retail Chain subcontractors that rely on our service for project leads, can now find out about projects in Laramie & Albany counties in Wyoming and in Larimer, Weld, Morgan, Boulder, Adams, Arapahoe, Elbert, Douglas, Denver, Jefferson, Gilpin, Clear Creek, Park, Teller, El Paso, Fremont, Custer and Pueblo counties in Colorado.
We hear from many contractors that the market is a bit down right now, which is the perfect time to become a member of Bidtool.net. Our online lead service is currently featuring over 1,300 construction bids that are due within the next 60 days. If you are looking for municipal bids, state bids, commercial bids, healthcare or institutional bids we are reporting on all of it. Complete with lists of prospective bidders, plans online, construction details, project locations and engineer’s cost estimates. So that you can not only find projects to bid in our construction lead service but also have the info your estimators need to win them.
We are also reporting on 2,500 projects that have already been bid and are in the process of being awarded. Or if you prefer to use our service just to market yourself to General Contractors and Subcontractors that have been awarded a construction bid in the last 15 days, use our contracts award section and look at over 650 awards where the ink is still wet on the contract.
The difference between our job leads and construction information is that we don’t just report on a project out to bid, we report just as thoroughly on all the contacts affiliated with that project. Who is the architect, how many years has he been in business? Who is the Construction Manager, who is the contact there to ask for when you call? Do you need MBE or SBE subcontractors to fulfill your bidding requirement? Find thousands of companies to choose from in our Directory.
We had so much in-depth company information available from the thousands of projects we’ve tracked, that we compiled all that information into a free directory you can use to network with contractors in your area.
www.myconstructionresource.net is the efficient and comprehensive way to either market your product to contractors, or to find contractors to bid on a project. Have a great product you want to get designed into the bidding specifications? Email all our architects while they are still in construction document design. By July 1st the most comprehensive networking tool you have ever seen will be available. All of our company profile information, contact names, and email addresses molded into a product to help contractors find you and you find them. Marketing your company is now as easy as a click of a button.

Hello!
I want to give you an update on My Construction Resource! We have been very busy lately perfecting the directory to ensure users complete and accurate company information, giving them no reason to have to search anywhere else. If you don’t know much about it, let me get you up to speed:
In January, we launched our new Commercial Contractor Directory, and came up with what we thought to be a clever name… My Construction Resource! There is quite the buzz
about this company directory. Anyone on the world wide web is now able to easily search for a Sub Contractor, GC, Design Builder, Architect, Interior Designer… and the list goes on..
You are also able to specify if you want to only see Union, LEED certified, MBE… or even by company name.
I don’t want to sound too much like a proud papa, but we have a dedicated staff led up by Patricia Grant (our company directory manager) who makes sure we have the most accurate information on everyone in the directory. We track companies, trades, location, regions they cover, certifications, associations and recent and past projects. We even let you know if they were a plan holder, apparent low bidder or awarded the projects. I don’t know of any other company providing this information Free of charge.
If you would like to contact Patricia to update your information or just to add your company to our directory free of charge, send her an email at pgrant@bidtool.net. She looks forward to hearing from you.
Now that I have gotten you to the present, let me give you a quick preview into the future of our directory… GC’s and Sub contractors will soon be able to send anyone in the directory invites on projects, so the sooner you get in the directory you can just sit and wait for the invites to be emailed to you. And in the near future, you will be able to advertise yourself in this commercial contractor search to insure you are at the top of the lists when a search is made.
More to come…….
